VentZero is an independent brand of concealed ventilation systems within the NEQUIID group. We design concealed ventilation not as a decorative element, but as a complete engineered solution. Each model is developed with aerodynamics, installation logic and real-life operation in mind — ensuring stable air exchange and easy maintenance.

How to choose VentZero

The VentZero catalog is organized by installation scenarios, so a concealed ventilation system can be selected not “by eye”, but according to the real conditions of the project: the surface type, the stage of work, and the required air exchange.

The selection starts with the installation location and the stage at which the system will be installed.

  • If the ventilation system needs to be integrated into a drywall wall or ceiling, choose the “For drywall” section. This corresponds to the VZ-DW line, designed for concealed integration into single-layer or double-layer drywall structures.
  • If the ventilation outlet needs to be integrated into a stretch ceiling, choose the “For stretch ceilings” section. This corresponds to the VZ-SC line, designed for PVC or fabric stretch ceilings where the ventilation outlet should blend discreetly into the ceiling surface without a standard visible grille.
  • If the renovation is already complete and installation beneath the finish is no longer possible, choose the “For finished surfaces” section. This corresponds to the VZ-Cover line, designed to replace a standard visible ventilation grille with a more discreet and visually cleaner solution.
  • If you need elements for servicing, protection, control, or system upgrades, use the “Components and accessories” section. It includes backdraft dampers, protective mesh screens, control modules, lighting modules, spare parts, and other compatible elements.

After choosing the appropriate line, the ventilation type is selected: passive ventilation, active extraction with a motor, or a model with automatic control via a humidity sensor and timer.

The system size is not selected based on appearance, but according to the type of room, its volume, and the required air exchange. Ventilation requirements may differ for a bathroom, toilet room, dressing room, storage area, or technical room. For a preliminary estimate, you can use the VentZero Calc ventilation calculator.

The shape and body color are selected at the final stage, based on the surface, interior style, and desired visual result.

Service, operation, and future upgrades

VentZero is designed as a system that can be serviced after installation. Components that may require cleaning, maintenance, or replacement remain accessible without damaging the surrounding finish.

For compatible models, additional elements can be planned in advance or added later: a backdraft damper, protective mesh screen, humidity sensor and timer module, control elements, lighting module, or other accessories adapted to the specific use case.

This helps avoid a common problem with built-in ventilation: the finish is already complete, while access for servicing becomes difficult or impossible. VentZero does not function as a single-use decorative element, but as a modular system that can be serviced, upgraded, and adapted for long-term use.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I choose the right VentZero line?
The choice depends on the surface and the stage of the project. For tile and porcelain stoneware, choose VZ-T; for drywall, choose VZ-DW; for stretch ceilings, choose VZ-SC; and for finished surfaces, choose VZ-Cover.

How do I choose the system size?
The size is selected based on the type of room, its volume, and the required air exchange. For a preliminary estimate, you can use the VentZero Calc ventilation calculator.

Can VentZero be serviced after installation?
Yes. Components that may require cleaning, maintenance, or replacement remain accessible without damaging the surrounding finish.

Can automation or accessories be added later?
For compatible models, yes. If the model design allows future upgrades, elements such as a humidity sensor and timer module, control elements, protective mesh screen, backdraft damper, lighting module, or other compatible accessories can be added later.

What should I choose if the renovation is already complete?
For these situations, the VZ-Cover line is available. It is suitable when installation beneath the finish is no longer possible, but a standard visible ventilation grille needs to be replaced with a more discreet solution.

Is VentZero suitable for commercial projects?
Yes. VentZero can be used in private and commercial interiors, including hotels, offices, SPA areas, restaurants, showrooms, and other projects where ventilation, a clean visual result, and serviceability are important.

Is VZ-T suitable for tiles thicker than 20 mm?
The base VZ-T line is recommended for panel-type finishing materials up to 20 mm thick. For non-standard materials or greater thicknesses, compatibility should be checked before ordering.
