VentZero T-S — hidden ventilation system for tile and ceramic finishes

VentZero T-S is a modular hidden ventilation system designed for installation under tile, porcelain stoneware and other finishing materials. The model has a square shape with straight corners and is intended for projects where ventilation must be maintained, but without a classic visible grille on the surface.

The system integrates into the finish and helps maintain a clean, cohesive look of the wall or ceiling. Unlike a classic surface-mounted grille, VentZero T-S does not look like a separate plastic element. The ventilation function remains fully active, but visually it becomes part of the finish.

What is VentZero T-S

VentZero T-S is a model from the VentZero T series, designed for installation under finishing materials.

The code T-S means: T — a series for installation under tile and other finishes, while S — square shape with straight corners.

The model is suitable for bathrooms, WCs, technical areas, spaces with ceramic finishes and interiors where a classic ventilation grille would disrupt the final design.

Modular system principle

VentZero T-S is built on a modular principle. The same base can be used in different configurations, depending on the project requirements.

In the basic configuration, the system works as a passive hidden ventilation element without a motor. This option is suitable for natural ventilation or for situations where the fan is installed separately in the ventilation duct run.

If forced air extraction is required, an active configuration can be selected on the product page: with motor or with motor + HT. HT means a module with a humidity sensor and timer.

What to choose on the product page

On the VentZero T-S product page, the main system parameters are selected:

• Duct diameter: Ø100, Ø125, Ø150 or Ø200.
• Body color: black or white.
• Operating mode: passive without motor, active with motor or active with motor + HT.

The black body color is the standard and recommended option because it reduces the visibility of the inside of the system through the ventilation gap. The white color can be selected for projects where the body or installation area may remain partially visible, depending on the installation conditions.

How VentZero T-S differs from a standard ventilation grille

A classic ventilation grille usually remains visible on the surface: it has slats, perforations, mesh or a plastic frame. In interiors with premium ceramic tiles or minimalist finishes, this kind of element can look out of place in the final design.

VentZero T-S solves this problem differently. The system integrates into the finish, while air passes through a perimeter gap. This allows the ventilation to keep its function without visually dominating the wall or ceiling.

Where VentZero T-S is used

VentZero T-S is suitable for bathrooms, WCs, technical rooms, spaces with ceramic finishes, minimalist interiors and projects with tile, porcelain stoneware or other finishing materials.

The model can be used on both walls and ceilings, if the room structure, ventilation duct and installation conditions allow it.

Available diameters

VentZero T-S is available for several ventilation duct diameters:

• Ø100 — for compact rooms and simple ventilation runs.
• Ø125 — for standard bathrooms and WCs where a larger air passage section is required.
• Ø150 — for larger spaces or special technical requirements.
• Ø200 — for passive solutions or special projects where a larger duct section is required.

The selected diameter must match the existing or planned ventilation duct on site.

The choice of diameter and operating mode depends on the room, ventilation duct, duct run length, number of bends and required air exchange.

Installation under tile and finishing materials

VentZero T-S is designed for installation under finishing materials. It is best to plan the system in advance, before the tile installation is completed. This allows the installation area to be properly prepared, the body depth to be taken into account and the element to be cleanly integrated into the finish.

Before ordering, it is recommended to check the ventilation duct diameter, available depth, wall or ceiling type, finishing material thickness and access for maintenance after installation.

For a proper result, installation should take into account the wall structure, the position of the ventilation duct and the selected system configuration.

Compatible modules and accessories

Depending on the project requirements, VentZero T-S can be used as a passive system or as an active motorized air extraction solution.

For active operation, the configuration with motor or with motor + HT is selected directly on the product page. For additional protection or airflow control, the system can be separately completed with compatible accessories such as an insect screen or a backdraft damper.

The insect screen and backdraft damper are not required for every installation. Their selection depends on the ventilation run, operating conditions and the specific requirements of the project.
