VentZero T-S is a square concealed ventilation system for tiled surfaces.

Available for Ø100 and Ø125 mm air ducts, in a passive version or with an active ventilation module.

Concealed ventilation in the bathroom — how VentZero T-S works

VentZero T-S is designed for modern bathrooms, walk-in showers and sanitary areas finished with ceramic tiles or porcelain stoneware. The front panel is finished with the same material as the rest of the wall, allowing the air extraction area to blend seamlessly into the surrounding surface.

In the active version, the system functions as a concealed bathroom fan: the ventilation module is integrated into the technical body and extracts air without a visible grille. In the passive version, the perimeter gap allows air to circulate using the existing draft.

The housing is 3D-printed from rigid technical-grade PETG. The configuration is selected according to the duct diameter and the required type of air extraction.

Advantages

  • Fully concealed ventilation — the front panel is finished with the same ceramic tile as the wall, leaving only the perimeter gap visible.
  • Tool-free maintenance access — the front panel is magnetically attached and can be removed for cleaning and maintenance.
  • Passive or active, with the same housing — configurable without a fan or with an active module equipped with a humidity sensor and timer.
  • Durable in-house manufactured housing — 3D-printed from rigid technical-grade PETG at NEQUIID.
  • Two standard diameters — Ø100 for compact spaces and Ø125 for higher airflow capacity.

How to choose the right diameter

The diameter should be selected primarily according to the existing ductwork and the available installation space. The two standard options, Ø100 and Ø125 mm, are detailed below.

VentZero T-S Ø100

RECOMMENDED

Configurations: without motor / with motor / with motor, humidity sensor and timer.

Duct connection: Ø100 mm.

Central finishing area: 150 × 150 mm.

Visible perimeter gap: 18 mm.

Visible outer contour: 186 × 186 mm.

Active module airflow: up to 100 m³/h.

Power supply: 220–240 V / 50 Hz.

Motor power: approximately 13 W.

Noise level: approximately 30 dB(A), measured at a distance of 3 m under standard conditions.

Recommendation: compact bathrooms, guest and service toilets, small sanitary areas and short exhaust duct runs.

In the version without a motor, air circulation depends on natural draught or the building’s centralised ventilation system.

Choosing Ø100? Select the diameter, technical configuration and colour in the product configurator.

VentZero T-S Ø125

HIGHER AIRFLOW

Configurations: without motor / with motor / with motor, humidity sensor and timer.

Duct connection: Ø125 mm.

Central finishing area: 190 × 190 mm.

Visible perimeter gap: 25 mm.

Visible outer contour: 240 × 240 mm.

Active module airflow: up to 197 m³/h.

Power supply: 220–240 V / 50 Hz.

Motor power: approximately 16 W.

Noise level: approximately 32 dB(A), measured at a distance of 3 m under standard conditions.

Recommendation: larger bathrooms, high-humidity shower areas and ventilation duct runs with higher airflow demand.

In the version without a motor, air circulation depends on the draught available in the building’s ventilation system.

Choosing Ø125? Check the available space against the technical drawing before making your selection.

Project-specific versions Ø150 and Ø200

PRO / COMMERCIAL
PROJECT VERSION

The Ø150 and Ø200 models are special passive versions designed for projects with high-capacity ductwork, custom technical layouts or centralised ventilation systems.

Ø150: spacious interiors, premium residential projects and special architectural solutions.

Ø200: offices, showrooms, hotels, salons, SPA areas and centralised ventilation or air recirculation systems.

The dimensions, airflow capacity and installation configuration are reviewed individually before quotation and production.

Custom configurations: special colours, dimensional changes, non-standard integration or adaptation for a specific project are confirmed before production and quoted separately.

Note on specifications: The airflow capacity, power consumption and noise level specified for the active versions are based on the performance data of the ventilation module used under standard conditions. Actual performance depends on the ductwork, route length, number of bends, system resistance and installation quality. Versions without a motor do not provide independent forced air extraction.

What to check before placing an order

The VentZero T-S housing is installed behind the finished surface, and the connection to the ductwork must be coordinated with the actual position of the ventilation duct.

Quick installation check:

  • Duct diameter: Ø100 or Ø125 mm.
  • The installation depth and available space behind the finished surface.
  • The position of the ventilation duct and the connection method according to the technical drawing.
  • The availability of a 220–240 V power supply when selecting the active version.

Standard package contents

  • Complete VentZero T-S system according to the selected configuration — 1 pc.
  • Template for precise marking and cutting of the finishing material — 1 pc.
  • Installation instructions are available online via the QR code on the packaging.

Not included in the package

Insect mesh and non-return damper, adhesive for the finishing material, electrical cables and installation services.

Întrebări frecvente despre VentZero T-Q

Is the version with motor required?

No. VentZero T-S can also be used as a passive ventilation element if the building has sufficient natural draught or a centralised extract system. The motorised version is recommended for windowless bathrooms, high-humidity areas or situations where forced air extraction is required.

Can VentZero T-S be installed if the tiles are already in place?

No. VentZero T-S is a built-in model that must be installed during the wall or ceiling preparation and tiling stage. For surfaces that have already been finished, the VentZero Cover range is recommended, as it is designed for surface-mounted installation.

How do I choose the right diameter: Ø100 or Ø125 mm?

The diameter should be selected according to the existing ductwork, available installation space and required airflow capacity. The Ø100 version is suitable for compact bathrooms and short duct runs, while Ø125 is recommended for larger rooms, high-humidity areas or ductwork with greater airflow resistance. The product’s technical drawing must be checked before ordering.

What remains visible after installation?

After installation, the front panel is finished with the same tile or ceramic material used on the wall. Only the perimeter gap through which the air flows remains visible, with no conventional ventilation grille.

Does VentZero T-S include a fan?

It depends on the selected configuration. The product can be ordered without a motor, with a motor, or with a motor, humidity sensor and timer. The configuration is selected before adding the product to the cart.

How noisy is the motorised version?

The active version operates at a low noise level: approximately 30 dB(A) for Ø100 and 32 dB(A) for Ø125, measured at a distance of 3 m under standard conditions. The actual noise level depends on the duct layout, duct length and installation quality.

How is cleaning and maintenance carried out?

The front panel is magnetically secured and can be removed without tools, providing access to the inside of the housing, the motor and the ductwork. After cleaning, the panel is repositioned without damaging the tiles or surrounding finish.

What is included in the package?

The standard package includes the VentZero T-S system according to the selected configuration, a template for marking and cutting the finishing material, and access to the installation instructions via QR code. The insect mesh, non-return damper, adhesive, electrical cables and installation services are not included unless stated separately in the selected order configuration.

Can other sizes or configurations be ordered?

Yes. Special colours, non-standard dimensions, adapted connections and solutions for special projects can be reviewed individually. The technical configuration, production lead time and price are confirmed before the order is released for production.

What warranty does the product come with?

NEQUIID provides a 24-month commercial warranty for the product components, provided that the installation, use and maintenance instructions are followed.
