Hidden ventilation under tile for bathrooms, showers and sanitary spaces where a visible classic ventilation grille should not compromise the finish. VentZero T-S is installed during the tiling stage and integrates the ventilation area directly into the finished surface.

VentZero T-S is a hidden ventilation system under tile for bathrooms, showers, sanitary spaces and other tiled areas. The system is installed during the tiling stage, together with the finish, so that the body is integrated into the tiled area and the front element is covered with the same material as the main surface. After installation, only the front element integrated into the finish and the perimeter air slot remain visible.
The T-S model has a square shape with straight corners. The standard configurator includes Ø100 and Ø125 versions, available without motor, with motor or with motor + humidity sensor and timer. The housing is made from technical PETG using 3D printing. The standard housing colour is black; other colours are made to order, with an additional cost.
Hidden ventilation under tile: choosing the right diameter
VentZero T-S is selected according to the ventilation duct diameter, the available space for the housing and the connection to the duct, as well as the required operating mode. For direct orders, the main versions are Ø100 and Ø125. The Ø150 and Ø200 versions are passive project-based solutions and are confirmed separately.

Project-based versions — Ø150 and Ø200
PROJECT VERSION
Configuration: Ø150 and Ø200 are passive project versions and are not available in the standard configurator. For Ø150, an active version can be reviewed only on request and after technical confirmation. Ø200 is a passive version for large ducts or centralized ventilation systems.
Ø150 — larger rooms, premium projects and spaces with higher requirements for integrating ventilation into the finish.
Ø200 — commercial spaces, showrooms, spas, hotels, public areas and centralized ventilation systems.
Visible dimensions, installation dimensions, weight and airflow are confirmed on a project basis and depend on the duct, available space and existing ventilation system.

Commercial note: VentZero T-S has standard configurations for direct ordering. Any modification outside the standard configuration — special colour, size adaptation, project-based solution, atypical integration or custom technical requirement — must be confirmed before production and quoted separately.
** Specifications note: airflow, motor power and noise level values for active versions are based on data for the ventilation module used under standard conditions. The noise level is indicated as a reference value at 3 m, not next to the system. The actual performance of the installed system depends on the duct, duct run length, number of bends, shaft resistance and installation quality. Passive versions without motor do not create forced extraction on their own.

What to check before placing an order
Before ordering, check whether the installation area allows the system to be installed correctly. VentZero T-S is positioned behind the finish plane, and the duct connection must be checked against the technical drawing.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the version with motor required?
No. VentZero T-S can be selected without a motor if there is functional natural draft or connection to an existing ventilation system. The motor version is selected when forced extraction or more controlled system operation is required.
Can VentZero T-S be installed after the work is completed?
VentZero T-S is designed for installation during the tiling stage. If the surface is already finished and opening the tiled area is not desired, the VentZero Cover series is usually selected.
How do I choose the diameter?
The diameter is selected according to the existing or planned duct. Ø100 is used more often for compact sanitary spaces, WCs and short ventilation runs. Ø125 is suitable for standard bathrooms, longer runs and spaces with higher air demand. Ø150 and Ø200 are passive project versions for large ducts and centralized ventilation, confirmed separately.
What dimensions remain visible after installation?

Why are Ø150 and Ø200 not shown in the configurator?
Ø150 and Ø200 are project versions. They must be reviewed based on the duct, available space, ventilation system and project requirements. That is why they are not selected as standard product variations.
Are changes to the standard version paid separately?
Yes. Standard configurations are the versions available for direct ordering. Special colours, size adaptations, project-based solutions or other custom technical requirements must be confirmed before production and quoted separately.
Can I order another color?
The standard housing colour is black. Other colours can be made to order, with an additional cost, after the configuration and production time are confirmed.
Does VentZero include the motor, or is it only a housing for a duct fan?
VentZero is an integrated system, not an empty housing for any duct fan. The active version is supplied with a compatible technical module selected for the geometry of the system and the installation conditions.
The motor can be replaced if needed, but replacement is done with a compatible VentZero module or component, not with any motor purchased separately.
Can a protective mesh or backdraft damper be added?
Yes, the system can be completed with compatible VentZero accessories if the project requires it. The protective mesh and backdraft damper are not mandatory for every installation; the choice depends on the duct, ventilation run and operating conditions.
Can the system be serviced after installation?
Yes. VentZero T-S is designed to allow access to internal components through the front side of the system after installation, within the limits of the selected configuration and correct installation.
What warranty is provided for VentZero?
NEQUID COMPANY S.R.L. provides a 24-month commercial warranty for the VentZero system, subject to compliance with installation, operation and maintenance rules. Detailed conditions are confirmed in the warranty documentation or commercial offer.
Why is the housing not smaller?
The housing size is not defined by design alone, but also by airflow. If the air inlet area is too small, air speed in the slot increases, and the system may become noisier and less efficient. That is why VentZero is designed as a hidden ventilation system with aerodynamic geometry, not as a simple decorative cover.
