Return and exchange

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Nequiid

If you are not happy with the product, you can request a return or exchange in accordance with the conditions below.

When is it possible to return

Return is possible if:

  • the product has not been used
  • packaging and contents are preserved
  • no signs of use
  • there is confirmation of purchase

Products that cannot be returned

Individually made-to-order or customised products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

If you have received a faulty product

If you have discovered a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product and attach a photo or video to confirm.

Depending on the situation, we will propose:

  • product replacement
  • or repayment of money

Repayment of money

The refund will be made by the same payment method used to make the payment, within 7-14 working days of receipt of the returned product.
