NEQUIID HB-U Vertical este o platformă universală fără ramă pentru realizarea unei clapete WC ascunse sub gresie sau faianță. Setul este destinat instalațiilor WC încastrate și permite înlocuirea clapetei clasice exterioare din plastic cu o soluție integrată în finisajul peretelui.
This is not a ready-made tiled panel or a decorative cover. The kit includes the assembled mechanism and cutting template; the visible front part is made separately by the installer from the material used in the project.
Particularitățile sistemului HB-U Vertical
Versiunea HB-U Vertical este concepută pentru proiecte în care se dorește o clapetă WC ascunsă cu aspect mai curat, fără ramă vizibilă în jurul tastelor. Partea frontală se realizează din materialul peretelui, iar cele două clapete sunt orientate vertical.
Această variantă are o geometrie mai simplă decât versiunea Frame, deoarece nu necesită realizarea unei rame decorative separate. Rezultatul este o zonă de acționare discretă, integrată în finisajul peretelui, cu două clapete verticale vizibile.
Atenție: chiar dacă versiunea Vertical are o geometrie mai simplă decât Frame, partea frontală trebuie pregătită cu precizie. La tăierea manuală a porțelanului dur, a pietrei sau a materialelor cu desen, poate exista risc de ciobire și de erori la potrivire. Pentru un rezultat curat se recomandă tăierea profesională, inclusiv tăierea cu jet de apă. Fișierul de tăiere poate fi descărcat din instrucțiune.
Compatibility with concealed cistern systems
The platform is universal, but the connection depends on the mechanics of the specific concealed cistern system: the position of the actuation points, the diameter of the push rods, the thread type and the way the movement is transferred.
- For standard mechanical systems, a set of Ø8 / Ø10 mm push rods is usually required. It is purchased separately from the Componente și accesorii HB category.
- For pneumatic, cable-operated or non-standard systems from Grohe, Valsir, Villeroy & Boch and other manufacturers, a separate adapter module may be required. It is purchased separately from the Componente și accesorii HB category.

Technical installation requirements
Rigid base: for plasterboard structures, at least two layers of moisture-resistant plasterboard must be used. Installation on a single layer is not recommended, as it may cause movement in the mechanism, incorrect button operation and a risk of damaging the finish.
Safe radius: the NEQUIID hidden systems line uses the R4 corner standard. Sharp 90° internal corners are not used as a standard production option, because the 4 mm radius reduces the risk of microcracks, chipping and stress concentration in the cutout corners.
Diferența față de alte platforme HB-U
HB-U Vertical este versiunea fără ramă cu clapete verticale. Aceasta are o geometrie diferită față de HB-U Frame, unde se realizează o ramă exterioară și două clapete separate.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a finished, ready-tiled flush plate?
No. This is a mounting kit. The front part is made separately by the installer from tile, porcelain stoneware or another material used in your project.
Is the ceramic tile included in the package?

Are push rods and adapters included in the package?
No. Push rods and adapter modules are purchased separately, because they are selected according to the exact model of the concealed cistern system.
How do I know what needs to be purchased separately?
For classic mechanical systems, a set of Ø8 / Ø10 mm push rods is usually required. For Grohe, Valsir, Villeroy & Boch systems and other solutions with different mechanics, an adapter module may be required. Contact NEQUIID, provide the installation model or send a photo of the original flush plate, and we will recommend the right set.
What color is the mechanism?
The standard color of the mechanism body is black. After final installation, the mechanism is hidden behind the finishing material and does not remain a visible decorative part.
What shape are the outer corners of the panel?
The NEQUIID standard production format uses R4 corners. This format keeps the geometry clean and reduces the risk of chipping compared with sharp 90° corners.
Can the installation box be mounted on a single layer of plasterboard?
No. At least two layers of moisture-resistant plasterboard are required for a rigid base, correct installation depth and proper button operation.
Can the panel be made with a different corner radius?
Yes, changing the corner radius is possible as a custom made-to-order solution.
