General provisions<\/strong><\/h3><ol><li>This document sets out <strong>rules of use<\/strong> of the website <a href=\"https:\/\/nequiid.md\/en\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\">www.nequiid.md<\/a>, as well as <strong>purchase conditions<\/strong> products and services through this online shop.<\/li><li>The Privacy Policy, Returns Policy and other related documents form an integral part of these <strong>Terms and conditions<\/strong>.<\/li><li class=\"translation-block\">Your use of <a href=\"https:\/\/nequiid.md\/en\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\">www.nequiid.md<\/a> implies that you have read and <strong>accept<\/strong> these Terms and Conditions.<\/li><li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>SRL \"NEQUIID COMPANY\"<\/strong> (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) reserves the right to <strong>amend<\/strong> these provisions at any time. Amendments shall only become valid <strong>only for orders<\/strong> registered <strong>after publication<\/strong> of the new version.<\/li><\/ol><h3><strong>2. Definitions<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Customer<\/strong> - a natural or legal person who places an order on the website.<\/li><li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Seller<\/strong> - SRL \"NEQUIID\".<\/li><li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Online shop<\/strong> - the <a href=\"https:\/\/nequiid.md\/en\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\">www.nequiid.md<\/a> website, where products and services are presented, as well as payment and delivery conditions.<\/li><li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Product<\/strong> - any good available on the site for purchase.<\/li><li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Order<\/strong> - a request for the purchase of products and services, registered by the Customer.<\/li><li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Delivery Service<\/strong> - the service that ensures the delivery of orders to the Customer.<\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>3. Registering and placing your order<\/strong><\/h3><ol><li>The Seller shall not be liable for the accuracy of the data provided by the Customer upon registration.<\/li><li>When placing your order, please indicate:<ul><li>Name and surname of the addressee;<\/li><li>Delivery address;<\/li><li>Contact phone;<\/li><li>E-mail address.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li class=\"translation-block\">After order registration, the Customer receives <strong>estimated delivery date<\/strong>, depending on product availability and processing time.<\/li><li>The Seller reserves the right to refuse the order if the Customer has repeatedly and unjustifiably placed and cancelled orders previously.<\/li><\/ol><h3><strong>4. Order payment<\/strong><\/h3><ol><li class=\"translation-block\">The prices of products displayed on the website may be subject to change <strong>due to currency fluctuations<\/strong> or technical corrections.<\/li><li>If the price of the product changes after placing the order, the Seller contacts the Customer for:<ul><li>Order confirmation at the new price;<\/li><li>Or cancelling your order.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li class=\"translation-block\">Available payment methods are detailed in the <strong>\u201ePayment methods\u201d<\/strong> section of the website.<\/li><li class=\"translation-block\">Orders paid in advance are processed <strong>only after<\/strong> the amounts have been posted to the Seller's account.<\/li><li>When paying by bank card, the bank may reject the transaction if it suspects fraud.<\/li><li>Any fee charged for electronic payments is an agreement between the Customer and his payment service provider.<\/li><\/ol><h3><strong>5. Delivery<\/strong><\/h3><ol><li>Delivery methods and costs are indicated on the website.<\/li><li>The seller endeavours to respect the delivery terms set, but cannot be held liable for any delays caused by independent factors (weather, holidays, traffic, etc.).<\/li><li><strong>Risk of accidental loss or damage<\/strong> of the product shall be transferred to the Customer upon signing the delivery documents.<\/li><li>Upon receipt of the order, the Customer must check the integrity of the packaging, the quantity and the name of the products.<\/li><\/ol><h3><strong>6. Return and exchange of products<\/strong><\/h3><h4>6.1 Return of products of appropriate quality<\/h4><ol><li>The customer has the right to return the product within <strong>14 days<\/strong> on receipt, provided:<ul><li>The product has not been used;<\/li><li>Show the original characteristics and original packaging;<\/li><li>There must be a document to prove the purchase.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li class=\"translation-block\">Products made to <strong>special order<\/strong> cannot be returned if they are free from defects.<\/li><li class=\"translation-block\">In case of return of products of adequate quality, <strong>the delivery cost is not refundable<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol><h4>6.2 Return of defective products<\/h4><ol><li>If a defect is found, the Customer has the right to claim:<ul><li>Changing the product;<\/li><li>Free fault rectification;<\/li><li>Repayment in full.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li class=\"translation-block\">The seller will refund the money within <strong>15 days<\/strong> of receipt of the written request and the returned product.<\/li><\/ol><h4>6.3. Return procedure<\/h4><ol><li>The customer must contact Customer Service and explain the reason for the return.<\/li><li>Returned products will be dispatched only after coordination with the Seller.<\/li><li class=\"translation-block\">The money is repaid <strong>by the same method<\/strong> as the initial payment.<\/li><\/ol><h3><strong>7. Warranty and service<\/strong><\/h3><ol><li>Warranty period and conditions depend on the product type and are specified in the product description.<\/li><li>The warranty only applies to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by incorrect use.<\/li><li>The purchase document is required for warranty claims.<\/li><\/ol><h3><strong>8. Privacy Policy<\/strong><\/h3><ol><li>The customer provides personal data (name, surname, address, telephone, e-mail) when placing the order.<\/li><li class=\"translation-block\">By providing this data, the Customer agrees to its processing and storage in accordance with the <strong>Privacy Policy<\/strong>.<\/li><li>The seller does not pass on personal data to third parties, except in the cases provided by law.<\/li><\/ol><h3><strong>9.
