1. General provisions

  1. This document sets out rules of use of the website www.nequiid.md, as well as purchase conditions products and services through this online shop.
  2. The Privacy Policy, Returns Policy and other related documents form an integral part of these Terms and conditions.
  3. Your use of www.nequiid.md implies that you have read and accept these Terms and Conditions.
  4. SRL "NEQUIID COMPANY" (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) reserves the right to amend these provisions at any time. Amendments shall only become valid only for orders registered after publication of the new version.

2. Definitions

  • Customer - a natural or legal person who places an order on the website.
  • Seller - SRL "NEQUIID".
  • Online shop - the www.nequiid.md website, where products and services are presented, as well as payment and delivery conditions.
  • Product - any good available on the site for purchase.
  • Order - a request for the purchase of products and services, registered by the Customer.
  • Delivery Service - the service that ensures the delivery of orders to the Customer.

3. Registering and placing your order

  1. The Seller shall not be liable for the accuracy of the data provided by the Customer upon registration.
  2. When placing your order, please indicate:
    • Name and surname of the addressee;
    • Delivery address;
    • Contact phone;
    • E-mail address.
  3. After order registration, the Customer receives estimated delivery date, depending on product availability and processing time.
  4. The Seller reserves the right to refuse the order if the Customer has repeatedly and unjustifiably placed and cancelled orders previously.

4. Order payment

  1. The prices of products displayed on the website may be subject to change due to currency fluctuations or technical corrections.
  2. If the price of the product changes after placing the order, the Seller contacts the Customer for:
    • Order confirmation at the new price;
    • Or cancelling your order.
  3. Available payment methods are detailed in the „Payment methods” section of the website.
  4. Orders paid in advance are processed only after the amounts have been posted to the Seller's account.
  5. When paying by bank card, the bank may reject the transaction if it suspects fraud.
  6. Any fee charged for electronic payments is an agreement between the Customer and his payment service provider.

5. Delivery

  1. Delivery methods and costs are indicated on the website.
  2. The seller endeavours to respect the delivery terms set, but cannot be held liable for any delays caused by independent factors (weather, holidays, traffic, etc.).
  3. Risk of accidental loss or damage of the product shall be transferred to the Customer upon signing the delivery documents.
  4. Upon receipt of the order, the Customer must check the integrity of the packaging, the quantity and the name of the products.

6. Return and exchange of products

6.1 Return of products of appropriate quality

  1. The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days on receipt, provided:
    • The product has not been used;
    • Show the original characteristics and original packaging;
    • There must be a document to prove the purchase.
  2. Products made to special order cannot be returned if they are free from defects.
  3. In case of return of products of adequate quality, the delivery cost is not refundable.

6.2 Return of defective products

  1. If a defect is found, the Customer has the right to claim:
    • Changing the product;
    • Free fault rectification;
    • Repayment in full.
  2. The seller will refund the money within 15 days of receipt of the written request and the returned product.

6.3. Return procedure

  1. The customer must contact Customer Service and explain the reason for the return.
  2. Returned products will be dispatched only after coordination with the Seller.
  3. The money is repaid by the same method as the initial payment.

7. Warranty and service

  1. Warranty period and conditions depend on the product type and are specified in the product description.
  2. The warranty only applies to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by incorrect use.
  3. The purchase document is required for warranty claims.

8. Privacy Policy

  1. The customer provides personal data (name, surname, address, telephone, e-mail) when placing the order.
  2. By providing this data, the Customer agrees to its processing and storage in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  3. The seller does not pass on personal data to third parties, except in the cases provided by law.

9. Cookies

  1. The website uses cookies to improve your browsing experience and analyse traffic.
  2. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect the functionality of the site.

10. Security

  1. We endeavour to protect the data you transmit, but we cannot guarantee the absolute security of online transfers.
  2. The customer submits personal information at their own risk.

11. Disputes and complaints

  1. Any dispute will be settled amicably. If the parties fail to reach an agreement, the dispute will be referred to the courts of the Republic of Moldova.
