Pick up in-store
You can pick up your order for free at our store in Chisinau.

Pickup hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Once your order has been placed, one of our representatives will contact you to confirm that your order is ready for pickup.
Delivery in Chisinau
- Free with orders of 2,000 MDL or more
- For orders totaling less than the shipping cost, shipping is calculated separately.
Delivery time:
Usually 1–2 business days after order confirmation
Delivery within Moldova
- Free with orders of 3,500 MDL or more
- For orders of a lower amount, shipping costs are calculated separately.
Delivery time:
Usually 1–3 business days, depending on the region.
Important Information
For large, fragile, or non-standard items, as well as custom-made items, shipping terms and costs are calculated on a case-by-case basis.
