Description
TileFix Join90-105×105 is a reusable 90° bonding tool designed for accurate joining and positioning of two ceramic tile or porcelain tile parts during bonding.
The product is primarily intended for applications where precise corner geometry and part stability are important until the epoxy adhesive has fully cured. It is used for making steps, sinks, wrapped countertops, window sills, edges, frames, ceramic furniture, and other elements made from tile or porcelain tile.
TileFix Join90-105×105 does not function as a self-clamping system. During use, the parts must be additionally secured with clamps, mechanical pressure, temporary hot glue fixing, or another method suitable for the workflow. The role of the tool is to help form and maintain a correct 90° angle during assembly and bonding.
The product is made from PETG using 3D printing technology. The material provides sufficient rigidity for guiding and repeated use in the workshop or on site. The 105×105 mm size makes it suitable for a wide range of applications in tile fabrication and assembly.

90° Bonding Process
Position the two parts at a 90° angle using TileFix Join90-105x105. Temporarily secure the assembly with clamps, spot hot glue, or another method suitable for your workflow. Apply the epoxy adhesive according to your process and keep the parts in position until the joint is fully stabilized. After curing, remove the tool and clean it for reuse.
